In 1955, when Wall Street still ran on paper tickets and manual calculations, George Davidsohn installed the first computerized trading system at Dean Witter. It doubled their capacity overnight.
For the next 50 years, we served as the invisible infrastructure powering the world's largest financial institutions. We built the systems that Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs (Spear Leeds), and Merrill Lynch (Merrill Pro and Broadcort) rely on. We engineered the platforms that settle 90% of the US equity and options markets. Our systems process trillions in daily transaction volume.
You may have never seen our name, but you relied on our technology every time you traded. We were Davidsohn Global Technologies, the architects of Wall Street's post-trade processing standard. We experienced zero failures through Black Monday, 9/11, the 2008 crisis, Flash Crash, and COVID, enjoying over fifty years of continuous operation.
The financial industry is entering a new era, with digital assets becoming standardized trading instruments. Real-time settlement is replacing T+1, and new financial hubs are emerging in ASEAN markets. Cloud-native architecture has become a basic requirement.
The technology that currently powers Wall Street was designed and built for T+5. At T+1, it has been pushed to its limits and cannot handle what the future of Capital Markets requires — not without a complete re-architecture. So, we decided: take five decades of proven infrastructure and rebuild it from the ground up for the next fifty years.
Not just a rebrand. It's a complete platform evolution. Same company, same proven track record, and same clients. New architecture, new capabilities, and a fresh identity.
That revolution never stopped.

The Next 50 Years Begin Today
We have spent fifty years building the infrastructure that drives global finance. We have processed more trades, cleared more transactions, and maintained longer uptime than almost any platform in the history of financial services.
We’re not resting on this track record.
What's next:
Digital Asset Infrastructure - As tokenized securities and digital assets become mainstream, ClearOne is prepared. Our redesigned platform manages traditional and digital assets on a unified infrastructure.
Real-Time Settlement - the industry is shifting from T+1 to T+0, moving from repositories to tokenization and from latency to real-time processing.
Global Financial Centers - Vietnam's international financial hubs represent the future of global distributed finance. We're ready to support the infrastructure as new markets develop.
AI-Driven Operations - Machine learning and AI are transforming post-trade processing. We're embedding intelligence into every layer of ClearOS while maintaining the reliability institutions demand.
The markets of 2075 will look entirely different from those of 1955. Just as George Davison's first computerized system drove the transformation of that era, ClearOne will lead the next.
50 years of proven experience. Ready for what comes next.

While competitors offer post-trade solutions, most are built on architecture developed decades ago with only incremental updates. ClearOne leveraged 50 years of proven institutional knowledge to completely re-architect the platform for modern markets, cloud-native, API-first, digital asset-ready, real-time capable, while maintaining the zero-failure reliability record that enterprise clients demand.
 -

Yes. Our re-architected ClearOS platform is designed to handle both traditional securities and digital assets on a unified infrastructure. As tokenized securities become mainstream, institutions need platforms that can process both without maintaining separate systems. That's what ClearOne provides.
